Hermès Asia Pacific (Taipei) seeks an IT Application Executive to support SAP Retail and ERP applications in Taipei. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support and administration for ERP (SAP), POS and retail applications, including configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting in coordination with users and regional/group IT.
- Log, triage and resolve incidents through the ticketing system and perform root-cause analysis to drive timely, sustainable fixes.
- Perform system administration and user management tasks; maintain and optimise data interfaces, exports/imports and data exchange processes between SAP and local systems.
- Monitor system alerts and perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, integrity and high performance of retail data flows.
- Analyse retail business processes, produce data-flow diagrams and translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation actions.
- Support application-related projects and regional rollouts, ensuring changes comply with corporate governance and technical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an IT application role within a retail environment.
- Proven expertise with SAP Retail and ERP application management.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL-SQL for data interrogation and interface support.
- Strong communication skills for working in a matrix organisation; detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT application support within a retail environment, including SAP Retail, ERP systems, system administration and incident management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
