Hermès Bijouterie seeks Invoice Controller in Pantin, France. Fixed-term contract Nov 2026–Apr 2027. Accounts payable specialist role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile supplier invoices and goods receipts for finished products, prototypes, and raw materials
- Monitor and clear pending invoice accounts and unmatched goods receipts
- Manage supplier disputes and resolution
- Coordinate payment processing with Hermès Services Group accounting teams and serve as information relay between Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Development departments
- Establish regular supplier follow-up on payment status, credit notes management, and dispute resolution
- Prepare reporting on payment timelines and key performance indicators
- Maintain and update product reference data in coordination with internal teams
- Contribute to continuous process improvement in invoice control procedures
Qualifications
- BTS (Baccalauréat Technologique Supérieur) in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor accounting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting mechanics and principles
- Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced functions
- Familiarity with or genuine interest in the jewelry sector
- Strong confidentiality awareness and data protection practices
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, vendor accounting, or invoice control functions within a structured corporate environment.
Education
BTS (Baccalauréat Technologique Supérieur) in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent two-year post-secondary qualification in accounting and management.
