Hermès recruits Invoice Controller in Pantin, France. Reconcile supplier invoices, manage payments, and improve processes within the Shoes métier division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile supplier invoices upon receipt by identifying corresponding purchase orders in M3 (ERP) and verifying receipt confirmation
- Document and investigate discrepancies between invoices and orders by liaising with procurement and logistics teams
- Execute appropriate actions in M3 and VIM (invoice validation tool) to enable accurate accounting and timely payment processing
- Clear outstanding invoices by coordinating with Shoes métier teams and the Finance Department
- Monitor pending invoices and track ongoing actions to facilitate payment release
- Propose improvements to processes, management tools, and procedures to enhance supplier payment timelines
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat+2 (BTS Comptabilité-Gestion or equivalent accounting qualification) or university degree in economics/business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Collaborative team orientation with excellent interpersonal communication
- Flexibility and adaptability to integrate quickly into the organization

Experience
First experience in a similar role, ideally within textile or leather goods manufacturing companies.
Education
Baccalauréat+2 (BTS Comptabilité-Gestion, university degree in economics or business administration, or equivalent).
