Hermès Sellier — Pantin, France: Invoice Control Assistant (apprenticeship) for a 12-month alternance starting Sept 2026 in the Bijouterie division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the reconciliation of supplier invoices with goods receipts for finished products, prototypes and raw materials within the Bijouterie division.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of invoice disputes and discrepancies with internal teams and suppliers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with suppliers on payment status to ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the invoice control and accounts payable process to enhance efficiency and control.
- Ensure accurate documentation and methodical filing of invoices and related accounting evidence.
Qualifications
- BTS in Accounting, Business Management or equivalent vocational diploma.
- Good understanding of basic accounting mechanisms and accounts payable principles.
- Interest in the jewellery or luxury manufacturing environment.
- High level of rigor, method and organisational discipline.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team mindset.

Education
