Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the allocation team with product distribution to stores, including preparing and updating allocation and replenishment plans.
  • Monitor store performance, sales trends and inventory levels to identify opportunities and inform post-season and ad hoc analysis.
  • Track product flow and maintain accurate store and inventory data across systems.
  • Maintain and update reports and dashboards; produce insights to support merchandising and planning decisions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at process and tool improvements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Planning team as required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor's or Master's degree program and available to work full time during the five-month Generation H period (July 13, 2026 – December 18, 2026).
  • Able to work in-person at the Corporate Office in New York City for the program duration.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency preferred; luxury brand experience is an advantage.
  • Beginners accepted.
