Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory through daily organization and participation in cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with support from store management
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated, ensuring proper documentation is completed
- Check in all returns against previous business day records and generate associated documentation
- Print, ticket, and label merchandise, returns, and price updates
- Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after-sales service records
- Process damages and maintain damage inventory logs
- Collaborate with store management to analyze business trends and determine replenishment needs
- Develop and implement inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards
- Order and maintain adequate stock levels in shipping, selling, and store supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with internal inventory management systems and external shipping software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to analyze information accurately and identify issues
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to multi-task with precision
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Familiarity with compliance procedures and documented protocols
- Knowledge of asset protection and inventory control best practices
- Physical capability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance

Experience
2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Experience managing inventory processes, merchandise receiving, and warehouse operations is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. No additional formal education specified.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 29.27 to USD 32.05 per hour.
