Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory through systematic receiving, processing, and documentation procedures
- Organize and participate in store cycle counts and bi-annual inventories with support from management
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated, ensuring proper documentation
- Check in all returns against previous day's business records
- Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates according to Hermès standards
- Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after-sales service requests
- Process damaged merchandise and maintain segregated inventory records for damage tracking
- Collaborate with store management to analyze business trends and execute replenishment strategies
- Manage order and maintain adequate stock levels for shipping, selling, and store supplies
- Perform general duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or back-of-house operations experience in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with internal inventory systems and external shipping software platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical capability with ability to synthesize operational data
- Problem-solving orientation and adaptability to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and transaction processing
- Commitment to asset protection and inventory control principles
- Capacity to lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance on a regular basis
- Reliable in-person presence at the designated work location
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of supervisory or back-of-house operations experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with technology systems, both internal inventory platforms and external shipping software, as well as a track record of maintaining meticulous inventory records and executing complex logistics workflows.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23.38 to USD 29.26 per hour.
