Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the store’s inventory lifecycle: receive shipments, ticket merchandise, and process inbound items accurately on the day of arrival.
  • Process all outgoing shipments, transfers and RTVs within the same business day and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories; reconcile discrepancies in partnership with management.
  • Maintain orderly, auditable records for receiving, shipping, after‑sales service and damaged goods; administer after‑sales processing and follow‑up.
  • Print and apply tickets for merchandise, returns and price updates; manage inventory for damaged items.
  • Analyze store inventory needs and collaborate with store management to replenish stock and develop inventory strategies supporting the selling process.
  • Order and manage budgets for shipping, selling and kitchen supplies; review and adhere to allocated supply budgets with direction from leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to asset‑protection policies and internal controls; use internal systems and external shipping software to execute daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or back‑of‑house supervisory capacity; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with inventory management processes, cycle counting and shipment reconciliation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze operational information.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Technology‑adept with experience using internal inventory systems and external shipping software.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal policies and procedures and maintain asset‑protection standards.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

Experience
