Hermès Aventura seeks Inventory Control Supervisor to manage boutique inventory operations, processing shipments and conducting cycle counts in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory with precise documentation systems
- Organize and participate in store cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation processes under direction from Operations Management
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day of receipt, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy
- Check in all returns against previous business records
- Print, ticket, and process merchandise, returns, and price updates
- Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after-sales service transactions
- Process damage claims and maintain detailed damage inventory records
- Collaborate with store management to analyze business trends and determine replenishment requirements
- Order and maintain adequate stock levels for shipping supplies, selling supplies, office supplies, and kitchen supplies
- Manage budget for supplies in partnership with store management and Operations leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations or back-of-house supervisory capacity, preferably in luxury retail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information accurately
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in multi-tasking with sustained accuracy
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to follow both written and verbal policies and directives consistently
- Knowledge of asset protection and inventory control protocols
- Proficiency with internal inventory systems and external shipping software platforms
- Physical capability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations or back-of-house supervisory capacity within a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated proficiency with both internal inventory management systems and external shipping software platforms. Proven track record of managing high-volume inventory transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain logistics is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 28 per hour.
