Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and accurately process all incoming shipments the same business day; maintain complete receiving documentation.
  • Ticket merchandise, process price updates, and prepare packing/shipping paperwork for transfers and RTVs.
  • Process and follow up on after‑sales service requests, returns and damage handling; maintain records for damages and repairs.
  • Organize, participate in and reconcile weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories with Store Management and Operations Manager.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of shipping/selling supplies and store/kitchen consumables; place orders as required.
  • Support business analysis and replenishment decisions by providing accurate inventory data to Store Management.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control strategies and day‑to‑day warehouse standards to support the selling process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, inventory control or retail stock management; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail in high‑volume receiving and recordkeeping.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; capable of multi‑tasking with high accuracy.
  • Familiarity with internal inventory systems and external shipping software; comfortable using technology for operational workflows.
  • Commitment to asset protection and inventory control best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance and perform routine physical tasks associated with stock handling.

Experience
