Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, and organize and participate in cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation with direction from management
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated, ensuring proper documentation is completed
- Check in all returns against previous day's business and process damages while maintaining inventory records
- Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates
- Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after-sales service requests
- Work collaboratively with store management to analyze business and replenishment needs
- Develop and implement inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards on a daily basis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze information and problem-solve
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in multitasking
- Proficiency with technology to utilize internal systems and external shipping software programs
- Capability to lift 0–25 lbs without assistance
