Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized store inventory, and organize and participate in cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation with direction from management
  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments within the business day they are generated, ensuring proper documentation is completed
  • Check in all returns against previous day's business and process damages while maintaining inventory records
  • Print and ticket merchandise, returns, and price updates
  • Process, record, maintain, and follow up on all after-sales service requests
  • Work collaboratively with store management to analyze business and replenishment needs
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to support the selling process and maintain warehouse standards on a daily basis

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyze information and problem-solve
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in multitasking
  • Proficiency with technology to utilize internal systems and external shipping software programs
  • Capability to lift 0–25 lbs without assistance
