Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process all incoming merchandise and shipments within the business day, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
  • Ticket merchandise, process returns and price updates, and maintain orderly filing of receiving and shipping records.
  • Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories; reconcile discrepancies and support inventory adjustments.
  • Process after‑sales service requests, damages, and track damaged‑goods inventory; follow up to resolution.
  • Prepare and execute transfers, packing and shipping, and RTVs to other locations with precision and timeliness.
  • Work with store management to analyse sales trends and replenishment needs; develop inventory strategies to support selling and warehouse standards.
  • Maintain adequate levels of shipping, selling and store/kitchen supplies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of operations or inventory experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven accuracy with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and stock control procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret inventory data and identify discrepancies.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, prioritise and follow written and verbal policies.
  • Attention to asset protection, loss prevention and inventory integrity.
  • Comfortable using internal retail systems and external shipping software; technologically literate.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
