Hermès — Inventory Control Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. Manage store inventory, shipping/receiving and cycle counts. $24–$25/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process all incoming merchandise and shipments within the business day, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
- Ticket merchandise, process returns and price updates, and maintain orderly filing of receiving and shipping records.
- Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories; reconcile discrepancies and support inventory adjustments.
- Process after‑sales service requests, damages, and track damaged‑goods inventory; follow up to resolution.
- Prepare and execute transfers, packing and shipping, and RTVs to other locations with precision and timeliness.
- Work with store management to analyse sales trends and replenishment needs; develop inventory strategies to support selling and warehouse standards.
- Maintain adequate levels of shipping, selling and store/kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of operations or inventory experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven accuracy with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and stock control procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret inventory data and identify discrepancies.
- Demonstrated ability to multi‑task, prioritise and follow written and verbal policies.
- Attention to asset protection, loss prevention and inventory integrity.
- Comfortable using internal retail systems and external shipping software; technologically literate.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

Experience
Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in retail operations, inventory control, or warehouse/receiving functions; experience within a luxury retail environment is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 25 per hour.
