Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day store inventory: receive, inspect and accurately record all incoming merchandise within the business day of arrival.
  • Process outgoing shipments, transfers and RTVs; ensure all shipping documentation and tracking are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Ticket merchandise, execute price updates and maintain consistent labeling standards.
  • Organize and participate in weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories; reconcile discrepancies with Store Management and Operations leadership.
  • Process returns and after‑sales service requests; maintain detailed records and follow up to resolution.
  • Maintain inventory for damaged goods and process damage reports to preserve stock integrity.
  • Collaborate with Store Management to analyze sales trends and replenish inventory to support the selling floor.
  • Order and maintain appropriate levels of shipping/selling supplies and store/kitchen consumables.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control strategies and day-to-day warehouse standards to support the selling process.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of operations or inventory control experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to perform accurate cycle counts, reconciliations and inventory reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with management and service partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret inventory data and recommend replenishment actions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to asset protection and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Comfortable using internal inventory systems and external shipping software; quick to adopt technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and perform routine physical tasks associated with stock handling.

Experience
