Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process all incoming shipments and returns the same business day; ensure accurate documentation and system updates.
- Ticket merchandise, perform price updates and prepare packing/shipping paperwork, transfers and RTVs with precision.
- Organize and execute weekly cycle counts and bi‑annual inventories; reconcile discrepancies with store management and operations leadership.
- Maintain neat, auditable records for receiving, shipments, returns, damages and after‑sales service files.
- Process after‑sales service cases and follow up to resolution, including repairs, exchanges and customer communications where required.
- Manage inventory for damaged goods and coordinate disposition according to policy.
- Monitor stock levels of selling/shipping supplies, store and kitchen supplies; place orders to maintain adequate inventory.
- Support replenishment planning by analysing store metrics and advising Store Management on inventory allocation.
- Develop and maintain inventory-handling standards to support selling operations and warehouse organisation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, inventory control, or related function (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Demonstrable experience with cycle counting and physical inventory reconciliation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical ability and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable using internal retail systems and external shipping software; technologically proficient.
- Ability to follow written and verbal procedures and to prioritise multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance and perform repetitive handling tasks.

Experience
Minimum three years of operations or inventory experience, preferably within luxury retail; experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and daily receiving/shipping processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certificate in logistics, supply chain, retail operations or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 27 per hour.
