Role & Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries: verify quantities, product quality and accompanying documentation; record discrepancies and escalate anomalies.
• Maintain and organise stockroom inventory: ensure continuous replenishment, manage product rotation and optimise reserve space.
• Update and maintain accuracy of the stock management system, including corrections and data cleansing to preserve system reliability.
• Prepare orders with precision (accurate picking, careful packing, inclusion of samples and compliant labelling) and meet internal and external deadlines.
• Manage returns from clients and suppliers with full traceability, performing rigorous checks and ensuring procedural compliance.
• Coordinate outbound shipments: prepare delivery documentation, liaise with carriers and ensure compliance of shipping operations.
• Collaborate closely with after-sales (SAV) and other internal teams to resolve stock or flow anomalies and support a smooth back‑office operation.
• Participate in cyclical and annual inventories, analyse variances and propose structured corrective actions.
• Provide socio‑professional support to an ESAT worker as required, ensuring inclusive and supportive workplace practices.

• Previous experience in stock management or retail back‑office is appreciated.
• Strong attention to quality, precision and procedural compliance.
• Commercial sensibility and a genuine interest in retail.
• Team‑oriented, dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

Entry‑level candidates with some hands‑on experience in stock handling, inventory control or retail logistics are preferred; prior exposure to store replenishment and returns management is an advantage.
