Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate quarterly recycling campaigns across métiers, including needs assessment, logistical coordination with transporters and service providers, and reporting analysis
- Update and maintain the quarterly partner directory documenting all active revalorization partners and associated procedures
- Conduct market surveillance of circular economy partners to identify business evolution, new market entrants, innovation trends, and emerging technologies
- Maintain an updated database of revalorization partners and contribute to partner audit implementation to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company procedures
- Support the Circularity team on ad-hoc studies and mission assignments
- Co-lead internal communications, events, and initiatives focused on circularity and sustainable practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
- Demonstrated interest in or background in sustainable development topics
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt communication to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in written and oral communication
- Self-directed and exceptionally well-organized
- Natural curiosity with inclination to propose solutions and improvements
- Sensitivity to material quality and sourcing practices
- Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Skills
Experience
Advanced undergraduate or graduate coursework in sustainability, circular economy, environmental management, or related disciplines preferred. Familiarity with recycling, revalorization processes, or circular business models beneficial but not essential.
Education
Master's degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program with interest in sustainable development.
