Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze key commercial moments and conduct competitive and trend intelligence for gift offerings and retail animations
- Contribute to the creation of conceptual briefs for agencies, color research, and packaging development
- Assist in translating concepts across all customer touchpoints: gift sets, promotional items, and in-store displays
- Support operational project management including mockups, proofs, production schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, digital, and CRM teams to ensure brand and concept alignment
- Participate in drafting international guidelines and analyzing field feedback from retail locations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of business school, IAE program, or equivalent university degree
- Previous experience in a similar product development or project coordination function preferred
- Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, and meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without loss of focus or precision
- Authentic passion for fragrance and beauty as a field of creative and strategic exploration
