Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the global CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group's CRM approach.
- Deploy and manage the segmentation of the Hermès Parfum & Beauté database.
- Create comprehensive and personalized customer journeys based on segmentation.
- Integrate CRM into global activation strategies in collaboration with Hermes.com and external e-commerce teams.
- Coordinate business needs with IT teams to ensure CRM objectives are understood and met.
- Support the implementation of CRM reporting in collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Ensure CRM strategy aligns with business ambitions for product launches and commercial events.
- Develop CRM awareness and understanding among central teams.
- Adapt global CRM strategy to local markets, considering regional specificities and store types.
- Contribute to the validation of communication masters for each campaign.
- Ensure effective execution of the CRM animation calendar by country.
- Infuse CRM expertise and best practices across the central e-commerce team.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze results to identify trends and formulate recommendations.
- Measure the impact of CRM campaigns and prepare quarterly and annual analyses.
Qualifications
- Degree from a business school or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, with proven success in campaign orchestration and project management, ideally in the cosmetics sector and internationally.
- Strong analytical skills with a penchant for numbers and data synthesis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Experience with Dartagnan is a plus.
