John Lobb, Hermès maison, seeks an International Commercial Director in Paris to lead global sales strategy and manage 90-person team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and pilot the global omnichannel strategy integrating retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
  • Establish commercial performance metrics, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and strategic planning cycles across all regions and product categories
  • Develop and execute a selective, profitable retail expansion plan; identify new market opportunities and lead store opening projects through execution
  • Design customer experience standards and develop acquisition, retention, clienteling, and VIP programs to drive retail performance
  • Lead a multicultural international team of approximately 90 collaborators; foster a retail-focused culture oriented toward performance and excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Manufacturing, Communications, and Human Resources teams
  • Represent John Lobb to Hermès International leadership and key strategic partners

Qualifications

  • Significant career in international commercial leadership within premium or luxury sectors, ideally in men's fashion or high-end accessories
  • Proven expertise across all three channels: retail, wholesale, and e-commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and opening company-owned stores
  • Strong track record in designing and implementing global distribution strategies
  • International experience required; field-based retail background is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English (daily working language)
