Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute recurring operational and analytical reviews across boutiques, corporate offices and distribution/service centres, identifying control weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and perform on‑site audits including pre‑audit preparation, fieldwork, detailed evaluations and post‑audit follow up; prepare full audit packages and supporting documentation.
  • Assess store and process controls using existing systems and internal control questionnaires; prepare concise, actionable audit reports.
  • Monitor remediation of prior audit findings and ensure recommendations are implemented by relevant stakeholders.
  • Govern and review access rights across application systems to ensure appropriate segregation of duties and security controls.
  • Support ad hoc internal control projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Audit, Finance or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum three years' experience in internal audit or finance & accounting.
  • Working knowledge of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.
  • Proven integrity and strong professional ethics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; diplomatic stakeholder management.
  • Autonomous, proactive and highly organised with a pragmatic approach to follow‑through.
