Hermès Maison seeks Internal Control Officer in Pantin for fixed-term role overseeing inventory controls and financial compliance procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform periodic analysis and control of inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy of financial statements and compliance with Group regulations
- Execute inventory audits in accordance with accounting, fiscal regulations, and Group guidelines; participate in destocking operations
- Conduct testing to verify effectiveness of controls and adherence to Group procedures for critical financial flows including procurement, invoicing, treasury, and expense reporting
- Contribute to improvement of internal procedures, particularly in securing sensitive data management and mapping sensitive data storage locations
- Monitor and track implementation of recommendations from internal audit findings
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in internal audit or internal control
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory movement controls and/or sensitive data security
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with proven attention to detail
- Advanced Excel proficiency and numerical acuity
- Ability to work independently while maintaining diplomatic communication with cross-functional stakeholders
