Six-month internal control internship at Hermès Parfum et Beauté, Paris. Support internal control framework deployment and compliance processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in Group internal control routines and respond to self-assessment questionnaires
  • Coordinate the documentation process for accounting controls
  • Track and consolidate declarations of gifts, donations, and sponsorships
  • Pilot conflict-of-interest and interested-party representation campaigns from launch through response collection and follow-up
  • Manage requests and review system information and physical access permissions
  • Support the deployment of the internal control framework by implementing awareness-raising initiatives
  • Identify operational risk zones and contribute to the development of robust internal control measures
  • Update and draft policies and procedures specific to business operations
  • Assist with the execution of special assignments and project management in response to operational needs
  • Prepare for and support internal audits conducted by the Group Audit and Risk Direction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a business school, IAE, engineering school, university, or equivalent
  • Integrity, rigor, organization, curiosity, and strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience
