Role & Responsibilities
- Perform internal control checks and store audits across Hong Kong and Macau boutiques
- Identify operational risks and control gaps, particularly during process and framework changes
- Follow up on control deficiencies and track corrective action implementation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Conduct routine compliance reviews related to anti-corruption, data protection, and anti-money laundering
- Support engagement with internal and external auditors
- Investigate potential fraud cases as needed
- Document process flows and control matrices
- Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support implementation and adaptation of new control procedures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or related field
- 1–2 years of working experience in auditing, internal control, forensics, or compliance
- Fluent in French (mandatory) and English with strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational capabilities
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy with strong ethical standards

Experience
1–2 years of professional experience in auditing, internal control, forensics, or compliance functions, with demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments and coordinate control activities across multiple locations.
Education
Master's degree in Business, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
