Role & Responsibilities
- Execute key controls across the logistics value chain, including inventory verification and adherence to operational procedures.
- Design and recommend additional control points to mitigate operational risks and strengthen process safeguards.
- Produce clear reporting on control results and escalate material exceptions with proposed remediation measures.
- Support deployment and acceptance of internal-control monitoring tools (requirements definition, deliverable follow-up, data consistency).
- Review and test manual system movements and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and challenge user access rights to IT systems and assist in implementing an access-rights management tool.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, and track pre- and post-audit action plans to closure.
- Oversee compliance with procedures for end-of-life product operations and ensure accurate dedicated reporting.
- Participate in annual self-assessment campaigns covering internal control maturity, anti-corruption and data protection.
Qualifications
- Current student pursuing Bac+4/5 (Grande École, business school, engineering school or university) or equivalent, seeking specialization in audit or internal control.
- Available for a 12-month apprenticeship starting 1 September 2026 (alternance / apprenticeship contract).
- Strong affinity for operational, field-oriented issues and process rigor.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with high attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal ease; able to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
- Adaptable team player with a disciplined approach to follow-up and action tracking.
- Solid proficiency in Excel.

Experience
Beginners accepted; targeted at students transitioning to a specialization in audit/internal control. Prior exposure to operations, logistics, or audit-related projects is an advantage but not required.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Grande École, business school, engineering school or equivalent university programme) with intent to specialise in audit or internal control.
