Hermès seeks Internal Consulting Project Manager in Pantin (Paris), France—strategic advisory role supporting organizational transformation across the luxury house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead consulting projects across Hermès' business divisions, subsidiaries, retail channels, and support functions with full autonomy or in collaboration with the Internal Consulting Director
- Supervise project managers and define project scope, work plans, deliverables, and timelines
- Conduct strategic and operational assessments, develop pragmatic recommendations, and deliver high-impact solutions to internal clients
- Monitor and measure project outcomes post-completion to ensure value realization and organizational learning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across geographies and business units
- Contribute to team capability development by sharing expertise, identifying strategic priorities, and maintaining thought leadership on transformation topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a leading business school or engineering school
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting
- Demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency, organizational design, and change management
- Experience in consumer goods or retail distribution sectors highly valued
- Fluent English proficiency; French fluency required
