Hermès, Pantin: Internal Communications Manager role overseeing communications strategy for 2,000-person Crafts Collective.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute internal communications strategy aligned with crafts collective priorities, targeting engagement, employee experience, and internal activation across 2,000 employees
- Design and coordinate annual communications calendar, including major crafts collective events, seminars, and departmental meetings
- Develop and pilot significant events and ritualistic communications (Christmas celebrations, tenure recognitions, inauguration ceremonies) that reinforce Hermès family culture and heritage
- Manage digital and print communications channels including newsletters, videos, and digital content aligned with group brand guidelines
- Advise divisional leadership on communication plans, messaging alignment, and crafts collective brand ambassador positioning
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track audience reach and internal communications impact
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding programs for interns, alternates, and new employees across production and development sites
- Contribute to employer brand strategy through content coverage on Hermèsphere and promotion of crafts division identity within the broader Hermès Group
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Communications or equivalent generalist master's with communications specialization
- Alternative: university-level education in letters or humanities complemented by specialized master's in communications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience as Communications Manager or equivalent, preferably in transformation-focused environments
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software (Photoshop, InDesign), email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
