Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the internal communications strategy aligned with HDF short-, medium- and long-term objectives; translate executive messages into targetted internal campaigns.
  • Design, produce and manage flagship communication moments and recurring formats (quarterly executive addresses such as 'Jump In', biannual subsidiary seminar, annual structure day, monthly Inter(H)actions lunches).
  • Lead editorial planning and content production for HermèSphère (group intranet) on behalf of HDF; coordinate contributors and ensure compliance with group guidelines and deadlines.
  • Create and deploy the HDF newsletter: define objectives, select topics and editorial angles, convene an editorial committee, and oversee design and distribution.
  • Advise and support business and corporate departments on their communication plans and key messages to ensure coherence and effective dissemination.
  • Run internal cohesion and cross‑network programmes (Tandem mentoring/maillage), local adaptations of group initiatives and liaison with HRBPs and stores for recognition programmes (Saut Hermès, Forum H, seniority awards).
  • Manage thematic campaigns (theme of the year, heritage exhibitions) and coordinate major events including the Paris holiday party.
  • Monitor campaign execution and stakeholder engagement; ensure timely communication flow between the Executive Committee, HR and retail and structure teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications or HR communications, preferably within luxury retail, premium goods or services.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering multi‑channel internal campaigns, editorial content and corporate events.
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial skills with the capacity to adapt tone for diverse internal audiences and leadership voices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills; experienced working directly with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly organised, rigorous, with a clear sense of priorities and strong project management capability.
  • Creativity, interpersonal ease, adaptability and a service orientation suited to a high‑standards luxury environment.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Human Resources or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is an asset.
