Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Visual Merchandising Directorate by communicating progress of strategic VM projects to Retail and métier teams across the organisation.
  • Produce multimedia content (short videos, graphic assets) for the intranet and the International VM Seminar to showcase VM activities and best practices.
  • Create and update internal communication materials and presentation packages (newsletters, “What’s Hot in Paris”, global org charts, user guides and seller briefs related to in-store art displays).
  • Coordinate end-to-end production of the Brochures of In‑Store Art Décors: manage internal and external partners for copy and visuals, layout, translation, print and delivery.
  • Organise and administratively support VM routines and internal events: budget tracking and vendor sourcing for the international seminar, meeting agenda consolidation, slide design and minute-taking.
  • Assist in planning team events and community-building activities (team building, celebrations) and help animate the VM community through regular communications.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a graphic design, visual communication or fashion school programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) and eligible for a conventionné internship (6 months).
  • Portfolio or prior internship experience in digital and editorial content creation is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable creative sensitivity, a strong aesthetic eye and the ability to translate ideas into clear visual assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear internal copy and meeting minutes.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
