Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie seeks a Communications Intern in Pantin to support internal editorial projects, events, and community engagement for 6 months, starting March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the writing and proofreading of articles for the internal newsletter distributed to 6,500 employees across the entity
- Assist with page layout using InDesign and adapt content for internal communication screens across production sites
- Support the translation of intranet content into visual formats tailored to each medium
- Participate in the preparation and execution of internal events, including day-of logistics and coordination
- Manage vendor relationships by tracking quotes, monitoring creative deliverables, and ensuring on-time delivery
- Support event logistics including badge creation, space reservations, and communication materials production
- Collaborate on the facilitation of monthly communications relay community meetings, including agenda development, presentation design, and meeting minutes
- Contribute to the organization of the annual community seminar
- Participate in the creation of a user guide for the site communication screen distribution platform
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in communications, graphic design, or equivalent field
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
- Keen attention to detail and quality of visual outputs
- Demonstrated ability to listen, observe, and build strong professional relationships
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with diverse formats and cross-functional projects

Beginners accepted; candidates should have foundational knowledge in communications, design, or related disciplines through academic coursework or prior internship experience.
