Hermès Sellier seeks an Internal Communications Intern in Pantin, France — 6‑month full‑time internship starting Sept 2026 supporting Central Supply & After‑Sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Relay progress of strategic projects for the Central Supply & After‑Sales Directorate across group functions and contribute to project communications.
- Draft, format and distribute internal newsletters and ad‑hoc communications; collect inputs from project leads and guarantee timely dissemination.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to propose innovative editorial tone and visual supports.
- Support the digitalisation of internal practices and the rollout of the Central Supply & After‑Sales community (content sharing, adoption, onboarding).
- Create and update training and communication assets (interviews, filming, montage, graphic proposals) and contribute to the editorial calendar through trend monitoring.
- Assist in the production of major presentations (video editing, layout) and provide hands‑on support during high‑visibility project deliveries.
- Organise, coordinate and manage internal project events, including communications, invitations, posters and proposals for branded giveaways.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in communication, corporate communications or a related discipline.
- Previous internship experience in a corporate or communications environment is desirable; beginners accepted.
- Fluent English is mandatory (ideally demonstrated by an extended stay abroad).
- Creative, curious and open‑minded with a strong interest in trends and photography.
- Rigorous, well organised, quick to learn, autonomous and proactive.
- Familiarity with basic graphic tools is a plus (Photoshop).
