Hermès — Pantin, France — Internal Communications Coordinator (alternance). Design internal campaigns and events for the DETS team starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deploy internal communication campaigns for the Direction de l’Environnement de Travail et de la Sécurité (DETS), addressing both House-wide employee audiences and DETS teams.
- Produce graphic assets and layouts for PowerPoint, Word and Outlook communications; develop iconography and presentation templates aligned with brand standards.
- Support copywriting and editorial work to craft messages that inform, engage and mobilize employees.
- Create short video capsules to illustrate initiatives (basic production and coordination; advanced software mastery not required).
- Conceive, plan and execute team events and project workshops (team-building, project launches/closings, annual seminars), including brief writing, RFP and supplier comparison, logistical coordination and onsite management.
- Coordinate contributors and stakeholders, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and track progress of communications and events on an annual/semester calendar.
- Liaise with DETS managers and other internal departments to ensure timing, content and channels are appropriate for target audiences; travel to Paris as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program or a school of communication or business (alternance/apprenticeship required).
- One or more prior professional experiences in company communications, events or related internships/alternance positions.
- Excellent written and oral expression with strong copywriting skills.
- Curiosity, creative sensibility and an ability to propose original formats that engage employees.
- Autonomous, rigorously organised and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Experience
Previous experience through internships or alternance contracts in internal communications, corporate events or a communications agency is required; demonstrable exposure to graphic creation and event production is preferred.
Education
Enrolled in a university program or a school of communication or business.
