Role & Responsibilities
- Support the internal communications strategy for the Franche‑Comté cluster across four sites, promoting local initiatives and collective projects.
- Prepare and animate working groups tied to internal events and local initiatives, fostering dialogue between artisans and corporate stakeholders.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for internal and local events, ensuring smooth execution across sites.
- Create and produce internal communication materials: dynamic screen content, photography, short videos, presentations and editorial pieces.
- Draft and distribute communications aimed at employees to highlight projects, milestones and site life.
- Propose, design and deploy tailored communication supports aligned with project objectives.
- Perform administrative follow‑up for communication projects and contribute to calendar and meeting organisation.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a communication degree at Bac+3 to Bac+5 level (undergraduate or master’s programme) and seeking an apprenticeship.
- Beginners accepted; motivated to commit for a one‑ or two‑year alternance (apprenticeship) period.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across varied audiences and artisan teams.
- Excellent listening skills, pedagogical approach and a collaborative mindset.
- Creativity, initiative and the ability to propose pragmatic communication solutions.
- Organisational aptitude and capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel while respecting confidentiality.

No prior professional experience required; candidates may be beginners. Interest in fieldwork and working directly with artisan teams is essential. Previous internships or hands‑on experience in internal communications, event support or content creation are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme in Communication, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications or equivalent.
