Hermès Internship: Internal Communications & Events Assistant in Pantin. Six-month paid internship with HDTI division starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and distribute high-value editorial content, including visuals, presentations, and digital materials showcasing divisional projects
- Contribute to articles for the internal magazine and editorial supports of the HDTI division
- Collaborate with HDTI leadership to develop tailored content formats and facilitate project comprehension
- Update and maintain the HDTI internal website (SharePoint) to ensure information reliability and relevance
- Ensure graphic and editorial consistency across all communication materials produced
- Support the valorisation of divisional initiatives by feeding internal communication channels
- Provide support for the organisation of seminars, video productions, and employee events
- Produce event materials including programs, visuals, signage, and presentation supports
- Deliver operational support during events and contribute to post-event content production
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor+4/5 degree in communications, corporate communications, or event communications
- Demonstrated excellence in written and visual communication with ability to produce high-quality outputs with rigour and precision
- Proven organisational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; introductory knowledge of Illustrator or InDesign
- Genuine interest in technology, data, and innovation topics

Experience
Beginners accepted; prior experience in communications, marketing, or event coordination is advantageous but not required. Candidates should demonstrate initiative and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

Bachelor+4/5 degree programme in communications, corporate communications, or event communications.
