Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the dissemination of internal communications across the Europe and Middle East region, including newsletters and intranet content.
  • Support the organization and administration of internal events such as regional seminars and employee conferences.
  • Coordinate the deployment of group-wide communication programs and contribute to the animation of the Regional Directorate.
  • Provide operational support for strategic HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee well-being programs.
  • Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of HR projects and contribute to project reporting and communication.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communication or Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in communication or HR through internships or academic projects is appreciated.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French, oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
