Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the dissemination of internal communications across the Europe and Middle East region, including newsletters and intranet content.
- Support the organization and administration of internal events such as regional seminars and employee conferences.
- Coordinate the deployment of group-wide communication programs and contribute to the animation of the Regional Directorate.
- Provide operational support for strategic HR projects, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee well-being programs.
- Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of HR projects and contribute to project reporting and communication.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Corporate Communication or Human Resources.
- Previous experience in communication or HR through internships or academic projects is appreciated.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and French, oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
