Hermès — Internal Client Relations Officer (contract), Le Pré‑Saint‑Gervais, France. Full‑time role supporting employee workplace services and first‑level mobile support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to Hermès employees in Île‑de‑France on workplace services (restaurant, concierge, parking, mail, office supplies, meeting room access and schedules).
- Guide and assist employees in using the internal service application Palominow to submit, track and escalate requests for furniture, cleanliness, technical maintenance and similar facility services.
- Qualify incoming calls and messages, route second‑level or emergency requests to technical, security or cleaning teams, and resolve first‑level mobile telephony inquiries in collaboration with the external SAV mobile provider.
- Manage booking and allocation of meeting and event spaces: evaluate needs, reserve rooms, update shared calendars/tables and propose alternative solutions when required.
- Draft, format and distribute daily and general communications from the Direction de l’Environnement de Travail et de la Sécurité (DETS) for sites in Île‑de‑France.
- Maintain and update operational databases and reporting: call and message statistics, answers repository, communication history and other service metrics.
- Act as an interface between collaborators and operational teams to ensure timely set‑up of furniture and conference equipment for events.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ proven experience in customer/client relations or a service desk environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation with the ability to remain composed in demanding situations.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in French with clear, concise editorial ability.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Team‑player mindset, intellectual curiosity and good memory for procedures and systems.

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in client/customer relations, service desk operations or employee services.
