Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Internal Consulting team on strategic mission delivery across Hermès divisions, craft operations, distribution entities, and corporate functions
- Conduct structured stakeholder interviews and contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Participate in synthesis of findings and presentation of project outcomes to internal clients and senior management
- Conduct active market surveillance of the luxury and retail sectors and produce ad hoc research studies as requested
- Engage in team meetings, division plenaries, and collaborative project environments
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Grande École de Commerce (Business School), Engineering School, or university programme
- Completed at least one prior six-month internship, preferably in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English
- Intellectual curiosity about luxury, artisanal craftsmanship, and corporate strategy

Experience
Completion of at least one prior six-month internship in a management consulting firm, financial services environment (banking or investment funds), or corporate business function demonstrating analytical capability and professional maturity.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Grande École de Commerce, Engineering School, or university degree programme.
