Hermès Bijouterie seeks an Internal Audit and Risk Manager in Pantin, France. Lead control frameworks and risk management for the luxury jewelry division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing internal controls and risk frameworks; monitor remediation plans, manage incidents, and develop the annual internal control roadmap (PCI)
- Design, deploy, and adapt Group-wide procedures; author new protocols and establish control checklists and key performance indicators
- Lead compliance and governance awareness programs; provide operational support and develop training materials across the division
- Oversee cross-functional initiatives including post-acquisition entity integration, access management, business continuity planning, security and crisis committee facilitation, and IT systems support
- Manage and mentor the internal control team; plan audit missions and ensure deliverable quality
Qualifications
- Graduate of a French Business School or Engineering School (Grande École)
- Minimum 6–10 years of professional experience in audit, internal control, or risk management
- Proven track record of team leadership and people management
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, enterprise risk management, and compliance standards
Skills
Experience
6–10 years in audit, internal control, risk management, or related governance roles, ideally including supervisory or team leadership responsibilities. Prior experience in manufacturing environments or luxury jewelry production is advantageous.
Education
Graduate degree from a French Business School (École de Commerce) or Engineering School (École d'Ingénieur).
