Hermès seeks an Intellectual Property Lawyer to manage IP registrations and protection, advise operational teams, and support the creation-focused métiers. This is a full-time, three-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee trademark, design, model and patent registration procedures.
- Defend the group’s intellectual property rights against third parties, including through opposition and cancellation actions.
- Conduct prior-rights searches and assess the risk of conflicts.
- Draft and negotiate rights-assignment agreements for new projects.
- Prepare reputation dossiers and evidence of use.
- Advise operational teams on all intellectual property matters.
Qualifications
- Mastery of intellectual property law.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Organized, responsive and able to manage several matters simultaneously.
- Discreet and able to become autonomous quickly in a demanding environment.

Experience
At least 6 months of experience in a company or law firm; beginners are accepted.
