Hermès Anti-Counterfeiting Legal Department seeks full-time intern (6 months, Jan 2027) in Paris to support IP enforcement and litigation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the assembly and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation files in criminal and civil matters, primarily across Europe, including case compilation, evidence gathering, and rights research
- Draft and support the preparation of criminal complaints on behalf of the group
- Coordinate and track files related to customs seizures and police actions, and manage the renewal of anti-counterfeiting agreements (AFA) with the IPEP
- Monitor and review internet content; contribute to key performance indicators (KPIs) under the EU community memorandum of understanding framework
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a third-cycle degree (Master's level) with specialization in intellectual property law
- Demonstrated experience in intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting matters
- Fluent English (both written and oral)

Prior experience or significant coursework in intellectual property law, counterfeiting enforcement, or related legal domains is required; internship applicants should demonstrate genuine commitment to intellectual property protection.
