Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy institutional messaging architecture aligned with the maison's history and contemporary context
- Direct 360° oversight of creative projects including exhibitions, transformative experiences, and heritage content development while coordinating communication department expertise
- Supervise design conception and production oversight to ensure execution excellence
- Facilitate deployment of projects to international subsidiaries and enhance their capability development while fostering autonomy
- Maximize activation plan impact through close collaboration with Press & Influence and Media & Social Networks teams
- Manage project budgets and retroplanning with rigor and agility
- Contribute to strengthening the strategic vision of the division in alignment with contemporary relevance and team direction
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in communications or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or events management
- Fluent English with ease in international environments
- Strategic vision combined with organizational rigor and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to federate stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
- Cultural and artistic sensitivity with sophisticated understanding of heritage ecosystems
- Curiosity, diplomacy, and adaptability in complex organizational settings
