Hermès is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager Intern for a six-month, full-time, convention-backed internship starting in March 2027 in Pantin. The intern will support project managers and contribute to infrastructure project scoping, documentation, deployment and incident follow-up within the Integration & Deployment team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers by preparing materials, drafting meeting minutes and updating tracking tools (JIRA, MyPPM).
- Participate in requirements workshops with technical architects and clients.
- Contribute to project documentation and operating procedures.
- Take part in infrastructure deployments for projects.
- Follow up on field feedback, coordinate incident resolution and keep documentation up to date.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree at an engineering school, university or equivalent, specializing in Information Systems and Project Management, and seeking a final-year internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and good knowledge of Agile and V-model methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, rigor and an interest in bridging IT and business cultures.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
