Hermès Paris seeks Infrastructure Manager to lead IT operations across French retail, admin, and e-commerce sites. 10+ years required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure, network, and IT equipment evolution across all French retail locations, administrative sites, warehouses, and e-commerce platforms
- Support technical leads (SDL) on complex infrastructure matters and oversee their professional development
- Coordinate technical teams and external partners to ensure quality, security, and compliance across all installations
- Contribute to strategic projects, store openings, and major Hermès events by analyzing technical impact, securing deployments, and managing transition to operations
- Establish and enforce infrastructure, architecture, and cybersecurity standards while identifying risks and remediation plans
- Document technical standards, capture lessons learned, and support budget planning and technical action oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in multi-site retail environments
- Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure, networking, and IT support systems
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical teams and external service providers
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, compliance, and risk management
- Experience with strategic project implementation and operational transitions
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with substantial exposure to multi-site retail environments. Education
