Hermès Industrialization Project Manager in Allenjoie — lead product development, manage multi-site production coordination, and drive manufacturing excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead industrialization of new products from development phase through market launch, ensuring delivery of all key milestones including prototype-site approval, pre-production series, and production ramp-up
- Coordinate production transfers to other manufacturing sites and manage multi-site manufacturing logistics
- Animate and develop the team of Production Specialists (Metteurs au point), fostering continuous skill development and knowledge transfer
- Ensure timely delivery of event-critical products including runway pieces, press samples, and special collection items
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives for industrialization methods and processes
- Manage stakeholder coordination across multiple projects and departments with agility in a complex, multi-faceted environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial project management or manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex industrial projects in a multi-project, multi-stakeholder environment
- Proven leadership capabilities and natural ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong analytical skills and listening acuity

Experience
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in industrial project management, manufacturing operations, or product industrialization within a luxury or precision manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase projects with rigid timelines and high quality standards.
Education
Higher education degree in engineering, industrial management, production management, or equivalent professional qualification and demonstrated experience.
