Industrial Scheduling Coordinator role in Women's Ready-to-Wear at luxury fashion house in Pantin, France. Full-time CDI position reporting to Supply Chain Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of industrial retrosplanning timelines, establishing key collection preparation milestones in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Collection Coordinators, Design Office, and commercial development
  • Define content and deliverables for governance instances, implementing quality controls and process efficiency measures in partnership with data management
  • Coordinate with Collection Coordinators to align deadlines and priorities; organize transversal industrial leadership meetings related to retrosplanning adherence, including slot selection sessions and procurement reviews
  • Identify scheduling delays, analyze impacts, propose appropriate action plans, and ensure execution; establish communication processes and routines to guarantee alignment across all stakeholders
  • Actively participate in implementation of Project Management Office (PMO) tools to facilitate project and task tracking; establish efficient document management systems to support collaborative work
  • Ensure all industrial direction teams maintain aligned collection preparation priorities; lead CR0 (Slot 0 start-up) meetings and pulse checks to orchestrate progress, track advancement, and escalate alerts in close collaboration with Planning functions
  • Manage the OPI (Industrial Planning Tool) process, coordinating efficient production-model planning and participating in implementation of tools that support the process
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in retrosplanning processes; capitalize on best practices across seasons and implement necessary KPIs to measure schedule adherence
  • Supervise the Industrialization and Special Flows Manager, who is responsible for launching master schedules and managing special flow operations

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • 2–3 years of experience in production management, preferably within the ready-to-wear sector
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional project timelines
  • Strong data sensitivity and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard office tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
  • Strong organizational discipline, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Experience
