Hermès Manufacture de Métaux: Industrial Performance Manager, 9-month fixed-term contract in Champigny-sur-Marne, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive industrial pole strategy, budgets, capacity forecasts, and investment decisions
- Deploy Lean methodologies, manage performance indicators, and pilot industrial transformation projects
- Ensure reliability of technical master data (articles, specifications, work orders) and lead ERP migration and governance initiatives
- Define and execute manufacturing methods roadmap, supervise equipment development, and optimize production flows and processes
- Manage a team of 3 collaborators and provide cross-functional leadership across the production sites
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering with specialization in industrial engineering or continuous improvement
- 8–10 years of experience in demanding industrial environments
- Proven team management and cross-functional facilitation experience
- Advanced proficiency in Lean methodologies, ERP/MES systems, and technical data governance
- Strong leadership presence, field orientation, service mindset, and agility
