Six-month production improvement internship at Hermès Manufactures of Guyenne in Loupes, France. Internship
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and leverage industrial performance improvement opportunities through data collection, analysis, action proposals, and implementation tracking
- Facilitate and animate working sessions with artisans and production staff on improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective coordination between all production and support teams across both manufacturing facilities
- Support workshop managers in deploying and rolling out improvement actions within their operational areas
- Update production tooling data records and integrate new tools into the system
- Participate in defining visual management strategies for production workshops across different trades
- Actively contribute to identified performance improvement projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or university-level qualification with specialization in production/manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, particularly Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to integrate quickly into cross-functional groups
- Pragmatic, organized mindset with strong synthesis capabilities and proactive problem-solving
- Results-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and operational rigor
- Autonomous working style with ability to manage multiple priorities
