Role & Responsibilities
- Integrate into the industrial management control team and support daily controlling activities.
- Monitor industrial performance indicators (production data for perfumes/beauty) and maintain dashboards for the industrial management.
- Participate in monthly closing tasks including month‑end provisions and contributions to the calculation of industrial cost prices.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting to service managers; track workforce levels and temporary staffing.
- Validate inventory operations and stock withdrawals (including recycling flows).
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and analytical studies in collaboration with service leaders.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student at Bac+3/Bac+4 level (Bachelor third/fourth year) in accounting, finance or management control; DCG or professional degree in management control preferred.
- Solid foundational accounting knowledge and familiarity with management control methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SAP.
- Rigorous, methodical approach with an appetite for information systems.
- Autonomous, curious and receptive to feedback; strong team orientation and communication skills.
