Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze and define optimization solutions for product lead times through the workshop
- Capture workshop requirements, understand production flows, and propose targeted improvement initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement projects and activities
- Contribute to end-of-life product management for training materials
- Manage leather and metal materials inventory, including scrap and stock audits
- Develop cutting plans for special maroquinerie and saddle orders
- Create technical plans using Modaris software for custom saddles and prototype sizing
- Execute design improvements for saddle production series
- Oversee tooling projects including marking templates and splitting negatives development
- Establish and maintain an organized technical data archive system to prevent duplication and expedite retrieval
- Update technical database (Excel) necessary for industrial activity management
Qualifications
- Engineering school student in 4th or 5th year (Bac+4/+5)
- Mandatory expertise in design and modeling
- Proficiency with Modaris and/or Solidworks software highly valued
- Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong observational, analytical, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated precision, methodology, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work closely with production teams in a field-based environment
