Hermès Sellier — Pantin: Industrial Cost Controller (Precious Materials). Manage raw material stocks, valuation and production overheads for the Jewellery business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage raw material stocks (metal and stones): develop dashboards, KPIs, stock equations and perform weight-account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly accounting closes and draft semi‑annual summary notes for finance and operational stakeholders.
- Build budgets, forecasts and three‑year plans in coordination with industrial, supply chain and purchasing teams.
- Monitor and analyse production indirect costs and contribute to cost optimisation initiatives.
- Organise annual inventories and circularisations, implement process improvements to strengthen stock integrity.
- Act as the finance–operations interface across Industrial Direction, Supply, Stone Purchasing, Methods, RSE and external contract manufacturers; support strategic projects (growth and digital transformation) for the Jewellery business.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Management or equivalent.
- Minimum five years' experience in management control, audit or consulting, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, synthesise complex data and present clear recommendations to cross‑functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with operational and executive teams.
- High attention to detail, rigour and proactive approach to process improvement.

Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in management control, audit or consulting with exposure to industrial/manufacturing environments; prior work with precious materials or luxury manufacturing is highly desirable.
Education
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent
