Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets, re-estimates, and medium-term financial plans for production operations
  • Project production capacity in close collaboration with operational supervisors, HR management, and the Production Director to align with client requirements
  • Define monthly production objectives by workshop in coordination with the supply chain team
  • Build budgets for operational expenses and capital investments based on site requirements
  • Manage closure procedures in coordination with accounting teams, including invoice tracking and inter-company billing
  • Ensure monthly budget tracking and hypothesis validation related to staffing, mobility, and training initiatives
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance indicators to management for collective and individual monitoring
  • Collaborate with the craftsperson training team to develop metrics for measuring trainee advancement and performance
  • Verify proper allocation of expenditures across investment, operating charges, and cost codes
  • Produce monthly reporting on expenses and capital investments with actual, committed, and projected figures
  • Coordinate and monitor the advancement of action plans from internal audit findings
  • Oversee internal controls and best practices related to security and stock management in the facility
  • Act as primary liaison for internal control communications, establishing and enforcing regulatory procedures
  • Control information system transactions including purchase orders, delivery orders, and credit authorizations
  • Validate cancellations and adjustments to manufacturing orders, ensuring proper material disposition
  • Plan and oversee annual inventory cycles, ensuring comprehensive coverage and closure with responsible parties
  • Challenge corrective action plans identified during inventory reconciliations
  • Provide level-II technical support for information systems including terminals, M3, Ariane, tablets, and IT infrastructure

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Management, Finance, or Audit from a business school or equivalent university program
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience as a Cost Controller, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical capability and capacity for strategic perspective
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to rigorous methodology
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Deep understanding of production operations and manufacturing challenges
  • Advanced proficiency with information systems and enterprise software
